Dining top of mind

I attended the Grand Tasting at Ocean Gateway last night. The event started the second annual Harvest on the Harbor. It's a wonderful event. The room was packed with great chefs and restaurants. The foods, wines, beers and spirits were overwhelming, in the best ways. Feeling the energy in the room, seeing the look of joy on chef, supplier and guest faces, and talking with foodies about the event and the next two days of great culinary experiences was a ton of fun. If you've not been to a Harvest on the Harbor event, you should make plans to pop into the marketplace tomorrow or hop on a trolley this weekend. There's a lot going on.

Hats are off to CVB and everyone involved with the event. Harvest on the Harbor represents another dining home run for Portland.

Cheers.
