Snowball's Chance in Hell?

Snowball, a boy's little dog left behind, has come to symbolize all things lost. If you haven't seen this story yet, I advise getting a tissue first. I take that back, I have read it a few times and I have cried every time.

In one example reported last week by The Associated Press, a police officer took a dog from one little boy waiting to get on a bus in New Orleans. "Snowball! Snowball!" the boy cried until he vomited. The policeman told a reporter he didn't know what would happen to the dog.

I sifted through a lot of horrible information on the web this morning wondering what I could possibly blog that would make any sense at all, (with tissues in hand) and I debated whether or not to pass this link along.

Snowball may have been found

This little dog is hope, and in trying to find him we are all trying to put order back in our world.

Update: Snowball is safe, sound and found! (click Disaster Response News)

This is great news! I think most of the world has been hoping for this. This was such an aweful part of the whole disaster issue. For this one dog, at least there may be a happy ending........keep up posted please.
